Welcome! I'm Binah, the founder and leader of The Jewish Educator.

My greatest passion is helping Jews of all ages—from the young to the young at heart—connect deeply and meaningfully with their Jewish heritage.

My journey into Jewish education began close to home. I developed a profound love for Judaism and teaching when I first learned how to lead services. This passion was deeply inspired by my family, who taught me how to chant the beautiful, traditional Western Ashkenazi Torah Trope. That personal, familial connection to our traditions sparked a lifelong dedication to sharing the joy of Jewish living and learning with others.

To best serve my community and students, I have dedicated myself to continuous learning and professional development. My educational background and certifications include:

• BA in Jewish Education: I am currently in the process of completing my degree at the London School of Jewish Studies.

• Pardes Summer Programme: Completed the month long Beit Midrash programme at Pardes Institute for Jewish Studies (Egalitarian Yeshivah) in 2026.

• Ba'alei Tefillah Service Leader: Successfully completed this comprehensive service leadership course with Liberal Judaism in 2024.

• Teaching Their Chapter – Meaningful European Bnei Mitzvah: Completed this specialized course in 2023 under the guidance of Rabbi Nathan Alfred.

• "The Well" Global Educators Seminar: Concluded this prestigious educators seminar held at the National Library in Israel.

Whether you are taking your very first steps in exploring your Jewish roots, preparing for a B'nei Mitzvah, or looking to deepen your existing knowledge, I am here to guide and support you on your journey.
